Job Role : HR & Admin Officer manages human resources and administrative functions of the car showroom. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role supports management in creating an efficient and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of showroom staff.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support employee training, performance appraisals, and development programs.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the showroom.
  • Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, budgets, and operational plans.
