HR Executive

Job Role :  HR Executive is responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations of the automobile showroom. The role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement across all departments such as sales, service, spare parts, and admin.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, and support staff.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
Support performance appraisal processes and maintain HR records.
Coordinate training programs for sales and service teams.
Manage exit formalities and maintain attrition reports.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist management with HR reports, MIS, and manpower planning.
