HR Manager
Job Role : HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions of the school, ensuring smooth management of staff recruitment, retention, performance, and professional development. This role involves developing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, handling staff grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager works closely with the school leadership team to attract and retain high-quality teachers and support staff, maintain compliance with labor regulations, and create programs for employee engagement and training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Handle payroll, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Conduct performance appraisals and staff evaluations.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Plan and organize staff training and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and school regulations.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
