HR Manager
Job Role : HR Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions for the EV automobile showroom, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance, while supporting business and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for showroom and service staff
- Plan manpower requirements based on sales and operational needs
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and shift management
- Implement performance appraisal and incentive processes
- Support sales incentive schemes and target-based payouts
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits
- Conduct training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and policies
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMIS data
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Act as a bridge between management and showroom staff
