HR Manager

Job Role  : HR Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions for the EV automobile showroom, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance, while supporting business and sales goals. 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for showroom and service staff
  • Plan manpower requirements based on sales and operational needs
  • Handle employee attendance, leave, and shift management
  • Implement performance appraisal and incentive processes
  • Support sales incentive schemes and target-based payouts
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate payroll, incentives, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits
  • Conduct training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and policies
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMIS data
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Act as a bridge between management and showroom staff
