Instrumentation Engineer
Job Role : Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting process control instruments and automation systems within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that instrumentation and control systems operate reliably, safely, and efficiently, supporting optimal production performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, install, commission, and maintain process control instruments, sensors, and automation systems
- Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and control system issues promptly
- Monitor and optimize instrumentation performance to support production efficiency
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for process improvement
- Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reports for instrumentation systems
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for instruments and control devices
