Interior Architect
Job Role : Interior Architect for an Educational Trust is responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior spaces that support learning, wellbeing, and functionality across educational facilities such as classrooms, libraries, laboratories, auditoriums, student lounges, staff areas, and common spaces.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop interior design concepts and space plans tailored to educational needs and user experience.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, and 3D presentations using CAD and design software.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and equipment that balance sustainability, durability, safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Ensure all interior designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, accessibility standards, and Trust requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout design and implementation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation, quality control, and adherence to design intent.
- Prepare project documentation, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
