IT Developer
Job Role : IT Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining banking software applications and digital solutions to support the co-operative bank’s operations. The role ensures system reliability, security, and efficiency while aligning technology initiatives with co-operative banking needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, test, and maintain banking software applications and in-house systems.
Customize and enhance the bank’s Core Banking System (CBS) as required.
Integrate digital banking platforms such as mobile banking, internet banking, and UPI solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to branch and head-office staff.
Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.
Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and version control.
Monitor system performance and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.
