Job Role : An ITI Machinist is responsible for operating and maintaining machine tools to produce precision metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of machining processes and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities :  Set up and operate machines such as lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications. Measure and inspect components using gauges, micrometers, and other precision instruments. Perform machining operations to achieve required accuracy and surface finish. Maintain machines by cleaning, lubricating, and performing basic troubleshooting. Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Record daily production data and maintain job documentation.
