Jewellery Shop Supervisor
Job Role :Jewellery Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in sales, display, and security.
Key Responsibilities : Supervise and guide sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer queries or complaints. Manage store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising. Train new employees and conduct regular staff performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and safety protocols. Prevent losses by monitoring security measures and reducing shrinkage. Coordinate with suppliers and support promotional marketing activities. Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management.
