Job Role : Juice Supervisor oversees daily juice production operations, ensuring product quality, hygiene, staff coordination, and efficient processing of fresh juice or beverage products.

Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily juice production, extraction, blending, and packaging activities. Ensure all juice products meet quality, taste, and hygiene standards. Monitor raw material handling, washing, cutting, and storage processes. Check equipment operation and coordinate cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance. Assign tasks to operators and production workers based on daily production plans. Maintain strict food safety, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols. Track production output, wastage, and report daily performance. Inspect and maintain stock levels of fruits, additives, and packaging materials. Train staff on safe handling, hygiene practices, and SOP compliance.
