Junior Engineer
Job Role : Junior Engineer in a construction company is responsible for assisting senior engineers and site managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. They help ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Junior Engineer conducts site inspections, supports the preparation of project reports, and helps coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and on-site staff
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist senior engineers and site managers in day-to-day construction activities
- Support in preparing project plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Conduct site inspections and help monitor work quality and adherence to specifications
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain records of materials, equipment, and labor used on site
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders under supervision
- Report site progress, issues, and observations to senior engineers
