Job Role : Junior Engineer assists senior engineers and production teams in design, development, and execution of manufacturing projects. This role involves preparing drawings, performing calculations, coordinating with production, and supporting quality and project teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist senior engineers in design, development, and documentation.
  • Prepare basic 2D/3D drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
  • Support production teams in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations under guidance.
  • Conduct inspections and tests of components and assemblies.
  • Maintain technical records, project files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams for materials and resources.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and progress updates.
  • Learn and implement company standards, processes, and safety norms.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Participate in training and skill development programs.
