Junior Quality Engineer – Construction
Job Role : Junior Quality Engineer supports the QA/QC team in monitoring, inspecting, and documenting construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations. This role assists in implementing quality procedures, maintaining records, and coordinating with site staff to maintain consistent construction quality across all phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure construction work meets approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
- Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labs for inspections and material testing.
- Verify test results and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Support quality audits and implement quality procedures on site.
- Ensure proper filing and control of quality-related documents.
- Promote adherence to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes.
