Job Role : Lab Technician performs routine laboratory tests, prepares specimens, operates diagnostic equipment, and ensures accurate and timely reporting of results while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibility : Collect, label, and process biological specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.). Perform routine diagnostic tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and analyzers. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality control guidelines. Maintain accurate records, reports, and laboratory documentation. Ensure proper biosafety, waste disposal, and infection control practices. Manage inventory of reagents, chemicals, and lab supplies. Assist in troubleshooting equipment or test-related issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace. Coordinate with medical staff, nurses, and doctors for sample collection and reporting.
