Machine Shop Manager
Job Role : Machine Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the machine shop, including production planning, staff supervision, machinery maintenance, and quality control, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations and staff. Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflow.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate shop personnel.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on project requirements.
- Monitor and optimize shop performance and productivity metrics.
