Job Role : Supervises daily machine shop operations, ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met, and supports the team in efficient workflow management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily machine shop activities and workflow.
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure machinery is maintained and operating efficiently.
- Implement safety protocols and enforce compliance.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams.
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools.
- Train and mentor shop personnel.
