Marketing Assistant
Job Role : Marketing Assistant of a Cooperative Society supports the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote the society’s products and services. The role involves assisting in developing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Assistant works closely with the marketing team and management to increase member participation, expand the customer base, and enhance the society’s visibility in the community while adhering to cooperative principles and values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Promote the cooperative society’s products and services to members and customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Support the organization of promotional events, exhibitions, and awareness programs.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve marketing targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare basic reports.
