Job Role:  Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to increase mall footfall, brand visibility, and customer engagement. This role involves coordinating promotions, events, digital campaigns, tenant marketing, and partnerships while ensuring consistent brand communication and supporting overall revenue growth of the mall. 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Plan and execute mall marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events
  • Drive footfall through advertising, digital marketing, and on-ground activities
  • Coordinate with retail tenants for joint promotions and branding initiatives
  • Manage social media content, digital promotions, and online visibility of the mall
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, vendors, and event partners
  • Organize mall events, exhibitions, roadshows, and entertainment programs
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and MIS
  • Handle customer engagement activities and loyalty programs
  • Support leasing and sales teams with marketing collateral and presentations
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotions
  • Maintain brand standards across all mall communication and signage
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor mall activities
