Job Role:  Marketing Executive (Admissions) is responsible for promoting the institute/organization, generating and handling admissions leads, converting enquiries into enrolments (or registrations), and supporting marketing efforts (both online and offline) to build the institution’s brand and attract prospective students.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses, programs, or the institution.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential student demographics.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the institution’s website.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, education fairs, and open houses.
  • Generate and follow up on student leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to track and report on campaign effectiveness and admissions metrics.
  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
