Marketing Executive – Construction Company
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our construction services, generate business leads, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive marketing and sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Meet with clients, architects, consultants, and builders to present company services and project portfolios. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
