Mathematics Teacher
Job Role : Mathematics Teacher is responsible for teaching mathematical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and analytical skills to students while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver lessons according to the school curriculum
- Teach topics including algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and arithmetic
- Develop students’ problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Assess and evaluate students through tests, assignments, and projects
- Maintain classroom discipline and motivate students to learn
- Organize and conduct extra-curricular activities like math competitions and quizzes
- Provide guidance to students needing additional support or remedial help
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning and school events
- Maintain records of attendance, grades, and performance reports
- Stay updated with teaching methodologies, tools, and educational resources
