Medical Representative
Job Role : Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals within a designated territory. The role focuses on building strong relationships, increasing prescription generation, and achieving sales targets while adhering to ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Promote and detail assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the territory.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Provide accurate product information, benefits, dosage guidelines, and clinical data.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sample distribution.
Track prescriptions, monitor competitor activities, and provide market feedback.
Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Support product launches, campaigns, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
Maintain stock records, manage samples, and ensure product availability.
