Job Role : Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the construction company, coordinating between head office staff, site teams, suppliers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Prepare and handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
- Record site reports, attendance, and timesheets
- Support accounting staff with basic data entry and documentation
- Coordinate with site staff for material requests and reports
- Track office supplies and arrange purchases when required
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
