Job Role : Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the construction company, coordinating between head office staff, site teams, suppliers, and clients. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Prepare and handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
  • Record site reports, attendance, and timesheets
  • Support accounting staff with basic data entry and documentation
  • Coordinate with site staff for material requests and reports
  • Track office supplies and arrange purchases when required
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
  • Assist with document submission to clients and authorities
