Job Role :  Parts Manager is responsible for managing the spare parts department, ensuring the availability of genuine parts, controlling inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting sales and service operations. The role ensures efficiency, profitability, and high customer satisfaction in the parts department.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Oversee daily operations of the spare parts department.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and stock rotation.
  • Procure genuine parts from OEMs or approved suppliers.
  • Coordinate with service and sales teams for parts availability.
  • Monitor parts sales, billing, and profitability.
  • Implement proper storage, labeling, and handling of parts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders.
  • Train and supervise parts staff, including sales executives and storekeepers.
  • Maintain records of stock, purchases, and sales reports.
  • Analyze demand trends and recommend procurement strategies.
