Plant Head
Job Role : Plant Head is responsible for overall management of plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality, delivery, and compliance standards. This role provides leadership to production, maintenance, quality, and support teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Ensure production targets are met as per quality, cost, and delivery requirements
- Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage plant staff and department heads
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company policies
- Manage plant budgets, resources, and operational costs
- Coordinate with corporate management, suppliers, and customers
- Oversee maintenance of plant machinery, utilities, and infrastructure
- Handle audits, inspections, and corrective action plas
