Plant Maintenance Manager
Job Role : Plant Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and supporting continuous plant operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient plant operations
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and engineers
- Develop maintenance schedules, procedures, and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Monitor maintenance costs and control maintenance budgets
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination
- Oversee installation, repair, and commissioning of equipment
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
