Plant Manager
Job Role : Plant Manager oversees all daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities : Lead, manage, and oversee daily plant operations and production activities. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved. Implement safety policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Manage plant budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff across production, maintenance, and quality teams. Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities. Monitor production metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
