Pre-Primary Teacher
Job Role : Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing the overall development of young children in a school setting. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment, planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, and fostering the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of students. The Pre-Primary Teacher ensures that children develop foundational skills, curiosity, and a positive attitude toward learning while maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for preschool children
- Foster cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development
- Organize activities such as storytelling, art, music, and games to enhance learning
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking
- Assess and track the developmental progress of each child
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Handle classroom management with patience and care
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and concerns
- Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and visual resources
- Promote good behavior, hygiene, and social skills among students
- Collaborate with colleagues for school events, programs, and curriculum planning
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs
