Job Role :  Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children in their formative years by creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment. The teacher plays a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children through age-appropriate activities, play-based learning, and structured routines. They plan and deliver engaging lessons that build early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and life skills while encouraging curiosity, confidence, and independence.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Use play-based and experiential learning methods to support development
• Teach basic concepts such as letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and patterns
• Encourage social skills, good manners, and positive behavior
• Monitor, observe, and document children’s progress and development
• Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized support
• Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and concerns
• Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning
