Job Role :  Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, typically aged 3 to 6 years. The role involves introducing foundational concepts in language, numeracy, arts, and life skills through play-based and activity-based learning. The teacher supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children, monitors their progress, and communicates with parents about their child’s growth

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning through play.
  • Teach foundational skills in language, mathematics, science, arts, and social awareness.
  • Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving in children.
  • Monitor children’s behavior, progress, and development, maintaining records of observations.
  • Organize classroom activities, story-telling sessions, and educational games.
  • Foster social and emotional development by teaching sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and visual aids.
  • Identify children who may require additional support and coordinate with specialists.
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and teacher training sessions.
