Job Role  : Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, developing foundational skills, encouraging creativity and social interaction, and supporting the overall emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver creative and interactive lesson plans.
• Teach basic literacy, numeracy, and foundational skills.
• Organize classroom activities, storytelling, rhymes, and play-based learning.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress and development.
• Encourage social skills, discipline, and good behavior.
• Maintain student records and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
• Organize school events, activities, and celebrations.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety standards.
• Identify learning difficulties and provide individual support.
• Follow school curriculum guidelines and policies.
