Presales Executive

Job Role :  Presales Executive supports the sales team by understanding customer requirements, preparing solutions, and demonstrating products or services to prospective clients. This role bridges the gap between sales and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs for clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical documentation
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
  • Coordinate with technical, product, and delivery teams to design suitable solutions
  • Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to customers
  • Support proof of concepts (POCs) and trials when required
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends
  • Address client queries during the presales phase and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
