Job Role :  Primary Teacher is responsible for delivering quality education to students at the elementary level, fostering academic growth, and supporting overall student development. The role includes planning and implementing lesson plans, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. 

Key Responsibilities :

•  Plan and deliver structured lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines.
• Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and General Studies.
• Develop engaging teaching methods to enhance student understanding.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests and assignments.
• Maintain discipline and positive classroom management.
• Prepare and maintain student progress reports and records.
• Provide individual attention to students with learning difficulties.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and participation.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress.
• Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and educational standards.
