Job Role :  Process Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and controlling plant equipment and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The role involves following standard operating procedures, maintaining process parameters, and responding to abnormalities to ensure product quality and plant safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor process equipment such as pumps, compressors, reactors, boilers, and control systems
• Maintain process parameters including temperature, pressure, flow, and levels within specified limits
• Perform routine inspections and log operating data
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report process abnormalities
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams during breakdowns or shutdowns
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and emergency operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions in the plant
