Job Role : Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process to ensure the timely manufacturing of high-quality mining, crushing, and earthmoving equipment. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing production efficiency. The Production Manager works closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet production targets, reduce costs, and maintain high operational standards.
