Job Role : The Production & Planning Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations by effectively planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities. This role involves monitoring production processes, managing inventory, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:  Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and order priorities. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components, Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products, Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications. Identify bottlenecks, production issues, or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions, Generate production reports, analyze performance, and provide insights to management. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to align production with business requirements. Assist in planning for future capacity and production improvements.
