Job Role : Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards. This role manages production staff, coordinates workflow, maintains equipment performance, and enforces company policies and safety regulations. 

Key Responsibilities :  Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality goals. Assign tasks and manage schedules for production staff. Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity. Inspect finished products to ensure quality specifications are met. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to support smooth operations. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
