Programme Field Coordinator
Job Role : Programme Field Coordinator is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and coordinating education programs at the field level. The role focuses on improving literacy outcomes and promoting gender equality in education among children in low-income communities by working closely with schools, families, community stakeholders, and internal program teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement education and literacy programs at the community and school level
- Coordinate field activities focused on children’s learning and gender equality
- Work with teachers, school authorities, and community leaders to ensure program effectiveness
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor program delivery and participation
- Support enrollment, attendance, and retention of children, especially girls
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for parents and communities
- Collect and maintain accurate field data, attendance records, and progress reports
- Monitor learning outcomes and provide feedback to program managers
- Identify field-level challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Support child protection and safeguarding policies during all field activities
- Ensure inclusive participation of marginalized and at-risk children
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and donor-related data requirements
- Coordinate with volunteers, facilitators, and local partners
- Represent the organization positively in the community
