Project Manager
Job Role : Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined scope and quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Assign tasks and coordinate cross-functional team activities
- Monitor project progress and performance against plans Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and post-project evaluations
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and quality requirements
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning for project teams
