Project Manager
Job Role : Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members regularly
- Manage procurement, resources, and subcontractors for project execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation
- Resolve issues and conflicts to keep projects on track
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned
