Job Role : Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and site teams, managing resources, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and providing leadership to achieve project objectives. The Project Manager ensures compliance with safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities : 

  •  Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  • Manage project finances, including cost control, billing, and procurement
  • Ensure quality standards are met and supervise inspections
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation
  • Lead, guide, and supervise project teams and site personnel
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
