Job Role : Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring raw materials, components, and services required for manufacturing mining, crushing, and earthmoving equipment. This role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, purchase order management, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and services as per production requirements.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish agreements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to manage stock levels.
• Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.
• Resolve supply issues and coordinate with suppliers to prevent production delays.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for long-term partnerships.
• Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and purchase forecasts.
• Support internal teams with material specifications and technical queries.
• Evaluate alternative suppliers and materials to optimize cost and quality.
