Job Role : QA Executive ensures that all micronutrient products meet regulatory, quality, and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring production quality, conducting laboratory tests, reviewing documentation, implementing quality systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the micronutrient production process.
  • Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing as per specifications.
  • Review and approve batch manufacturing records, COAs, and QA documentation.
  • Implement and maintain quality systems including SOPs, GMP, ISO, and HACCP practices.
  • Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Perform routine inspections of production areas, warehouses, and equipment hygiene.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
  • Coordinate with R&D, production, and procurement teams to maintain quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis.
  • Maintain records, prepare QA reports, and assist in internal and external audits.
