QC Chemist
Job Role : QC Chemist is responsible for testing and analyzing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role involves conducting chemical analyses, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct chemical, physical, and instrumental tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and test reports.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Analyze deviations and suggest corrective actions.
- Participate in method development and validation studies.
- Assist in investigating customer complaints related to quality issues.
- Monitor in-process production samples for quality consistency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
