Job Role :  QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet defined quality standards. The role involves conducting laboratory tests, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting compliance with regulatory and internal quality systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Identify deviations, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by internal teams or regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality parameters are met.
  • Support QC/QA team in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production and QA teams regarding quality issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory/work area
