Quality Engineer
Job Role : Quality Engineer ensures that construction work meets approved quality standards, specifications, and client requirements by implementing quality control procedures and monitoring site activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS)
- Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Conduct material inspections and quality checks on-site
- Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs)
- Identify quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors on quality matters
- Maintain quality records, checklists, and inspection reports
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and procedures
