Quality Engineer
Job Role : Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet defined quality standards and customer requirements. The role involves monitoring manufacturing and engineering processes, implementing quality control measures, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance processes
- Monitor production and engineering activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality tests on materials, components, and finished products
- Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO, industry, and customer-specific standards
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Handle customer complaints and support quality-related investigations
