Job Role : Hospital Receptionist is responsible for managing the hospital front desk by greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and staff, handling appointments and registrations, coordinating communication between departments, maintaining accurate patient records, responding to phone and email inquiries, and ensuring the reception area is organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.

Key Responsibilities : 
Greet patients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check-ins/check-outs.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records and hospital databases.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
Handle billing inquiries and assist with basic administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
