Receptionist
Job Role : Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the automobile showroom. This role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, managing calls, and supporting sales and service teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Provide basic information about vehicles, offers, and showroom services
- Register customer details and direct them to sales executives or service advisors
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition
- Schedule appointments for test drives and service visits
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records and update databases or CRM systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and reports
- Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams
