Receptionist
Job Role : Hospital Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, providing accurate information, and supporting hospital staff in administrative tasks to enhance patient experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule and manage patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately
- Provide information about hospital services, departments, and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations to the relevant department
